The Air Max 1 Premium Retro Curry is adorned with the same warming hues that made the original so memorial retaining the unique mix of leather suede and mesh that is ingrained in our mind since its inception all those years ago. This shoe is filled with so much nostalgia I can literally imagine it bringing a tear to someone’s eye. What Japanese retailer Atmos has been able to bottle with this kick is the pure essence of the early 2000s and a slice of Nike history for me this release is the footwear equivalent of cloning the woolly mammoth from a fossil frozen in ice. A monument to the OG it is based upon and a shoe that has to get a slot in your rotation for it is the past and it is the future.
